Bushfire Compliance Reports

Bushfire Safety Solutions provides a comprehensive assessment of your development in relation to the surrounding bushfire threat. Our Reports are designed to meet the bushfire compliance requirements of the New South Wales Rural Fire Service and the local Council.

Our Reports are structured for either a deemed to satisfy or performance based assessment to enable the Rural Fire Service and Council to approve your development knowing it will be compliant with current bushfire safety regulations.

Your Bushfire Safety Solutions Report will assess the bushfire threat, bushfire hazard and provide recommendations as to how the development can be built to ensure the bushfire threat and hazards can be mitigated to ensure the development will be fully compliant, whilst providing long lasting bushfire safety for you and your family.

Bushfire Safety Solutions Reports address technical building compliance requirements in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and AS 3959 – “Construction of buildings in bushfire prone areas”.

Your Report will address all relevant provisions in Planning for Bushfire Protection 2006 and provide the assessment authorities with the bushfire safety measures your development will utilize to provide a high level of bushfire protection.

Our standard reporting package includes a coloured, bound copy of the Report and if required, bushfire protection design plans to ensure the assessment authorities understand how you are going to protect your property from any bushfire threat.

Should you require a copy of the Report on CD, we will include one for your information in the final package.
