Bushfire Safety Solutions has provided low cost bushfire assessment compliance reports for several high volume project home building companies and their clients. We can develop a standard fee package for project home clients to help keep ancillary development costs to a minimum.

Working from project home designs, Bushfire Safety Solutions can quickly meet the needs of clients who are proposing to build in bushfire designated areas and meet time constraints within the development approval processes.

Pending proposed changes to the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 by the New South Wales State Government in the latter half of 2008, Bushfire Safety Solutions will be accredited to issue complying development certificates for buildings that are rated Level 1 to 3 and comply with the deemed to satisfy requirements of Planning for Bushfire Protection 2006 as part of your complying development application.

Buildings that are not classified as “complying development” and those located in the flame zone can be assessed in accordance with the various requirements of Planning for Bushfire Protection 2006 and any other applicable development requirements.

Bushfire Safety Solutions is electronically enabled to work off CAD pdf plans and provides electronic report formats for submission directly to Council.
